These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the btk11 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered at btk11.app. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using btk11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

Scope of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through btk11.app, including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino (including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar), video slots, crash games (including Aviator, Crash Goal, and JetX), and any promotional campaigns, bonus programmes, or loyalty features made available to registered players.
Where specific products carry their own supplementary terms — such as individual tournament rules, specific bonus terms, or game-specific wagering conditions — those supplementary terms apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a direct conflict between supplementary product terms and these general terms, the supplementary product terms shall prevail solely with respect to the specific product or promotion in question.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
btk11 is an online entertainment platform intended exclusively for adults. To register and maintain an account on btk11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for the duration of your account's existence:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on btk11.
- You must be registering and playing on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your personal circumstances.
Age Verification Process
btk11 may request identity documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, during active play, or when processing a withdrawal request. Acceptable documentation for age and identity verification includes, but is not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Players who are requested to provide verification documents and fail to do so within the timeframe specified by btk11 support may have their account temporarily suspended until verification is completed.
btk11 is committed to responsible age verification practices and cooperates with any regulatory or legal requests for information relating to underage access. Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of btk11 products and services, including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account on btk11.app. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your btk11 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. btk11 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
You must notify btk11 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. btk11 may temporarily freeze an account suspected of unauthorised access while an investigation is conducted, and will work with you to restore legitimate access as promptly as possible.
KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification
btk11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and platform integrity. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before processing a withdrawal exceeding a specified threshold, or at any point during your account's active lifecycle at btk11's discretion. The KYC process typically requires submission of proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Processing times for KYC verification are typically within 1–3 business days during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

Deposit Conditions
Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. btk11 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit on the btk11 platform and may vary by payment method. btk11 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your btk11 account. btk11 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before processing your first withdrawal, btk11 may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3. Withdrawals of real-money funds are only available where the player has met any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the deposited funds. btk11 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above specified thresholds and to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
btk11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are offered at btk11's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. btk11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players must be 18 years of age or older to claim any bonus.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds are credited to your btk11 account balance and are subject to expiry. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your balance without notice.
- btk11 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus if, in its reasonable assessment, the bonus was claimed in a manner that constitutes abuse, exploitation, or circumvention of the promotion's intended conditions.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
Seasonal & Event-Based Promotions
btk11 runs promotional campaigns aligned to key sporting events and cultural moments significant to the Bangladeshi market — including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the Indian Premier League (IPL), the ICC T20 World Cup, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Each such promotion will carry its own specific terms published alongside the promotion at the time of launch. These event-based promotions are offered in BDT amounts appropriate to the Bangladeshi market and with wagering requirements stated clearly in English.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on btk11, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, and in a manner that does not harm other players, the integrity of games offered on the platform, or the operational stability of btk11's systems. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documentation; impersonating another person.
- Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses; using automated tools, bots, or scripts to exploit promotional offers; coordinating with other players to circumvent bonus conditions.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino or sports betting markets.
- Money laundering: Using btk11 as a vehicle for depositing and withdrawing funds for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment. btk11 is required to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
- Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unintended financial advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be forfeited.
- Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at btk11 staff, support agents, or other players.
btk11 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended and access to funds may be restricted. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, btk11 may permanently close the account, forfeit the balance held therein, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the btk11 platform are supplied by established, internationally recognised third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers operate under their own regulatory frameworks and are subject to independent audits for random number generation (RNG) integrity and payout fairness. btk11 does not alter game mathematics or outcomes; results are generated solely by the certified systems of the respective game provider.
Sports Betting Rules
All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by btk11's sportsbook rules. These rules cover market settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play betting restrictions, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events. Disputed Results
In the event of a technical error, system failure, or data feed interruption that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, btk11 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. This applies to all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. btk11's decision in respect of disputed results, following a thorough internal review, is final and binding.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or btk11 may initiate account closure. The conditions governing each scenario are described below.
Closure by the Player
You may request to close your btk11 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be addressed. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification steps are completed. Self-exclusion requests — which represent a permanent or time-limited closure for responsible gaming reasons — are handled separately and are described in full on the btk11.app/responsible-gaming page.
Suspension or Closure by btk11
btk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information
- Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity involving the account
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance
Where an account is closed by btk11 due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in part or in full at btk11's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is for operational or inactivity reasons and no breach has occurred, the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
Appeals
If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the suspension or closure notification. Appeals must include your full registered name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement of the grounds for your appeal. btk11 will acknowledge receipt of all appeals within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt, during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
